The 2020 model Trek Powerfly 5 Electric mountain bike comes with the new improved Bosch motor, smaller, lighter and more efficient. A more natural feel when you’re pedalling and less drag when you’re not.

Trek’s RIB Removal Integrated Battery system not only looks super sleek but is also super use friendly. The battery is fully hidden inside the frame to protect it from damage and wear and is easy to remove for charging and storage without the use of tools. It also enables you to mount a bottle cage on the downtube.

The Purion controller has a Walk Assist mode, and a variable intelligent eMTB mode that automatically delivers the optimum power assist depending on your terrain.

The size S frame features a curve in the top tube to give a lower standover height to smaller riders that need it. The larger sizes have 29er wheels and smaller frames come with 27.5 inch wheels, ensuring a great fit for riders of all heights. The Bontrager Kovee wheels are tubeless ready, so you can convert your wheels to enable you to run lower pressures for more grip on the trail, as well as massively reducing your chances of picking up punctures.

Spec’ed with a crisp shifting SRAM Eagle groupset, you can rip through gear confidently as the gradient changes, and with a wide range cassette you’ll never be struggling for a gear when climbing the steepest hills, propelled to the top by Powerfly paired with Bosch.
